The London Zendesk User Group is excited to announce that the next user group meeting will take place on 10th February 2016 from 6-8pm at the Zendesk London office. Snacks and drinks will be provided.

This User Group will focus on one of our most requested topics: insights. There'll also be an open discussion for other questions but for anyone keen on finding out a little more in insights and reporting this one is for you!

6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet 'n' greet with other Zendesk users

6:15 - 6:45pm: Speaker presentations

• 'Top Tips from a Good Data Magician' - Tomas Ferko, Keboola
• 'How Zendesk Uses Zendesk Insights' - Eugene Ormanji, Zendesk
• 'Connecting the dots between support and customer data' - Sam Bowden, BIME by Zendesk

6:45 - 7:45pm: Open discussion in breakout groups covering insights and any other business; Zendesk features, integrations and support issues that matter most to you and your organisation

7:45 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This meet-up is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product. It can also be useful for people looking to learn more about Zendesk and customer service.

We would love to hear if there are specific topics or questions you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added as themes for the next session. We hope to see you there!
